Pro Athlete pays 100% health premium coverage for employees who choose to live a healthy, tobacco-free lifestyle. This coverage includes spouses and dependents.

Pro Athlete offers each employee life insurance.
Dental Insurance
Pro Athlete covers 100% of each employee's dental insurance. This coverage includes spouses and dependents. Our current provider is Cypress Benefit Administrators.
Vision Insurance
Pro Athlete's current provider is Cypress Benefit Administrators. Spouses and dependents can be covered.
Short & Long Term Disability
Pro Athlete offers short and long term disability packages for employees.
401k Matching
Pro Athlete matches employees’ 401k contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 10%.
Unlimited Paid-Time Off
Pro Athlete realizes the importance of time outside of work. Because of this, we provide salaried employees with unlimited PTO and a generous PTO package to hourly employees.
Paid Parental Leave
Pro Athlete requires all full-time hourly employees who are welcoming a new child home to take 2 weeks paid time off. In addition to the required 2 weeks, Pro Athlete gives new parents an additional 6 weeks of PTO for the birth parent and an additional 2 weeks of PTO for the other parent to be used within the first year after the birth or adoption of a child.
Paid Volunteer Time
Full-time hourly employees may use a total of 8 hours of paid volunteer time each year while part-time and seasonal employees may use a total of 4 hours of paid volunteer time each year. Full-time salaried employees may use their unlimited PTO to volunteer as often as they would like.
