No matter where our business takes us or what new exciting things we do, we will always owe it all to our customers. They are the reason we get up everyday and the reason we are so lucky to work at a cool company. It can be hard for certain positions in the company to see how their work directly affects the customer, so last year we took measures to make sure they never forget.
Last year we started requiring every person in the company, even the CEO, to spend a couple days during the holiday season in our warehouse shipping out products. Feedback from the team was great, so we brought it back for 2016 and will continue to do it. At a lot of companies, employees might lose sight of this, but at Pro Athlete, that will never happen.
