Perk Profile: Home Loan Program

A while back we noticed that more and more of our employees were going through the home buying process for the first time. One thing that we witnessed was all of the stress that can come along with making such a large purchase like one’s first home.

As an employer, we wanted to do everything that we could to help alleviate the stress that comes with the homebuying process, so we give all of our full-time employees the opportunity to take advantage of an interest-free home loan of $5,000 towards the purchase of their first home. The loan can be used towards anything to help the employee get over that hump that might seem hard to overcome.

It’s a pretty great feeling for the employee and our company to be part of something that special!
